Neil was involved at the inception of Oceans Racing and has seen the brand grow from just six original owners to become one of the most popular National Hunt Racing partnerships in operation.

Neil is based in Pembrokeshire where Oceans Racing has a strong ownership base and he generally helps co-ordinate matters with Jonathan, as well as supporting James in the administrative duties arising from having so many successful partnerships and syndicates. Neil is a qualified financial adviser and has successfully run his own business for the last 15 years.
